A leading social media platform in Mexico City is seeking talented individuals to join their operations team in commerce. The role involves managing partnerships, producing high-quality content, and utilizing data to improve business performance particularly in the Fashion category. Candidates must be proactive and knowledgeable in commerce operations, contributing to various projects that enhance the overall ecosystem. This position offers the opportunity to shape the innovative experience for users in a rapidly growing industry.

Responsabilidades

  • Drive and manage the business partnership and experience end-to-end, including continuous development, especially in Fashion category.
  • Work with creators and presenters to produce high quality Commerce content driving revenue through detailed operations work.
  • Utilise data proficiently to deeply understand pain points, formulate business requirements, identify opportunities and prioritise solutions.
  • Be an expert in TikTok commerce operations, identify opportunities for service and content, carry responsibility for category performance.
  • Own internal projects to contribute to the industry ecosystem as a whole (including campaigns, product launches, marketing).
