A global insurance provider is looking for a TEST LEAD to manage testing activities and provide QA leadership. The role emphasizes functional testing, agile methodologies, and the use of test management tools. Candidates should have over four years of experience in the financial services industry, as well as skills in test automation frameworks and UI automation tools. Location is limited to candidates residing in CDMX, Edo de Mex or Guadalajara.

Formación

• 4+ years of experience in Functional testing including test plans and test cases.
• 4+ years of experience with agile project delivery methodologies.
• Experience with at least one test automation framework.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and coordinate test strategy and planning.
• Lead QA guidance and manage testing activities.
• Coordinate with onshore/offshore team members as needed.
• Manage defects and ensure adherence to quality standards.
