A technology company is looking for a technical support specialist in Xico, Veracruz. The role involves providing pre and post-sales support, troubleshooting network issues, and engaging with customers. Candidates should have a bachelor's degree in Engineering or Computer Science, up to three years of experience, and strong communication skills. A customer-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently are essential. The position includes potential for hybrid work after a 6-month in-person training period.

Provide system-level pre & post-sales support for CIENA's Customer base.
This includes answering incoming customer calls, testing, troubleshooting, and remote technical support for CIENA packet products.
Basic level expertise in data communications protocols including Ethernet and IP networks is required.
An understanding of fiber optic transport and / or switching protocols would be an asset.
Experience with Element Management or Network Management systems would be an asset.
