As Delinea continues to scale, we are expanding our high‑impact Talent Acquisition team with a Senior Recruiter based in Mexico City.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership with hiring leaders: Collaborate with executives and managers to deeply understand headcount needs, team dynamics, and role requirements.
• Sourcing leadership: Design and execute creative, data‑driven sourcing strategies to engage passive talent in niche, competitive technical markets.
• Stakeholder influence: Advise hiring teams with market insights, pipeline health, and funnel analytics, establishing yourself as a trusted talent partner.
• Recruitment marketing & branding: Support and contribute to campaigns that amplify Delinea’s employer brand and attract world‑class engineering talent.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full‑cycle recruiting experience, ideally in high‑growth tech environments.
• A track record of success hiring top‑tier technical talent in competitive markets.
• Ability to build lasting, trust‑based relationships with senior leaders and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Strong communication skills with a consultative approach business‑first mindset.
• Agility in fast‑paced, evolving environments with shifting priorities and scaling needs.

Location & Flexibility

Based in our Mexico City office (Reforma) with a hybrid schedule: Three days in‑office (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday), optional remote work on Mondays and Fridays.
