As a Technical Recruiter

You will focus your efforts on creating intrigue and starting conversations with experienced engineers.

As part of the People Team you will represent our culture and look for thoughtful, high-performers that can join us.

You will also work closely with our CTO, VP of Engineering, and other engineers.

Responsibilities
  • Identify and engage passive talent to help build the engineering team (FrontEnd, Backend, Cloud, Testing, Etc)
  • Assist with evaluation and implementation of new sourcing tools and procedures
  • Lead first interviews and join in technical screenings as needed
  • Be helpful to engineers and leaders involved in the interview process
  • Engage and get to know the whole person —not just their technical skills
About you
  • You have 2+ years of technical recruiting experience on software development roles (ideally with heavy sourcing expectations and a focus on quality)
  • You are results-driven and people-focused.
  • You focus on achieving outcomes and results to help grow teams successfully.
  • You enjoy sourcing for a variety of searches and coming up with approaches to successfully identify talent.
  • You are persistent and are motivated by challenges; you partner with Leadership and to help them refine job specs and target profiles.
  • You are dependable.
  • You hold yourself accountable for achieving goals.
