As a Technical Product Manager at CXT Software, you will partner with engineering to design scalable systems, model complex data flows, and own the technical strategy for our AI-driven platform. You will validate your vision with data and prototypes, and lead a cross-functional team to deliver measurable outcomes—driving customer loyalty, revenue growth, and operational efficiency at scale. This is a deeply technical PM role where you’ll debate API contracts, contribute to system design discussions, and validate technical approaches alongside our architects. You will own the 'how' as well as the 'what' and 'why'.

Our solutions streamline business functions, freeing time and resources for exceptional service delivery. Every day, we help countless businesses optimize their delivery operations and drive success.
