Technical Business Analyst
In All Media is a global technology and digital services company that partners with leading organizations to design, build, and scale complex software platforms. We work with distributed, cross-functional teams across data, cloud, AI, and platform engineering, delivering production-grade solutions for enterprise and high-growth clients.
Our client is an energy-focused technology company that has recently shifted its strategic focus to the data center market. Leveraging deep expertise in energy systems and experience working with large-scale customers, the client is developing a power management platform aimed at optimizing energy consumption in data centers. The solution ingests data from diverse power devices and automates operational workflows to improve efficiency and reduce strain on power grids.
We are seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to act as a bridge between domain expertise and engineering execution for our client’s data center power management product. This role is responsible for defining SOPs and operational workflows, gathering and synthesizing vendor and operational documentation, and producing clear, structured requirements that can be consumed by both software engineers and AI-driven systems to enable automation and operational efficiency.
Gather, review, and analyze vendor, operational, and industrial documentation related to power devices, energy systems, and data center operations.
Define, document, and maintain SOPs, operational workflows, and process maps for data center power management activities.
Produce clear, structured functional and non-functional requirements, including acceptance criteria, suitable for software development and AI or RAG-based systems.
Translate complex domain knowledge in power management and energy systems into technical specifications, user stories, and process definitions.
Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and vendor teams to validate requirements and support accurate implementation.
Support data sourcing and integration initiatives from power devices and contribute to the design of automated workflows that optimize energy consumption.
Senior-level experience as a Technical Business Analyst, Business Analyst, or a closely related role working with technical and engineering teams.
Strong technical background with hands‑on experience in systems analysis, integrations, and automation-focused requirements.
Proven experience working with operational or industrial documentation and defining SOPs and end‑to‑end workflows.
Demonstrated ability to write precise, structured requirements and acceptance criteria for automation and software-driven initiatives.
Experience collaborating with engineering teams and external vendors to translate domain knowledge into implementable technical solutions.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce artifacts that are directly consumable by developers and AI systems.
Experience preparing or structuring documentation specifically for AI or RAG-based systems.
Familiarity with data center environments or industrial domains, particularly power management or energy systems.
Exposure to telemetry systems, power device protocols, or data ingestion pipelines.
Previous experience supporting products or platforms used by large-scale or enterprise customers.
Remote position aligned with U.S. Eastern Time business hours. The candidate must have consistent availability to overlap with engineering and product teams operating in ET. Occasional travel to client sites or data center locations in the U.S. may be required.
You will join In All Media at a critical stage of a high-impact initiative, supporting our client’s expansion into the data center market. This role sits at the intersection of energy domain expertise, software engineering, and AI-driven automation, offering the opportunity to shape a platform that delivers measurable improvements in energy efficiency and grid stability for large-scale customers.
