We are seeking a Talent Sourcer to join our efficient and productive recruitment team. This role is ideal for someone who excels at identifying and attracting top talent, managing the early stages of the recruitment process. In this role, you will spend ~80% of your time sourcing and assessing candidates and ~20% providing recruitment support and administration.
Meet and communicate with recruiters and hiring managers to understand job requirements and strategize sourcing plans
Identify and source potential candidates that meet the job requirements through resume databases, social media platforms, AI sourcing tools, job boards, professional communities, and referral programs
Manage candidate outreach campaigns using automation tools for emails and LinkedIn
Consistently meet or exceed sourcing targets and KPIs (# leads, time-to-submit, pipeline health, etc.)
Organize and maintain strong talent pools to meet future hiring needs
Act as the company’s brand ambassador on social media and during candidate interactions
Stay up-to-date on the latest sourcing strategies and recruitment tools
0-3 years of working experience as a Talent Sourcer, Recruiter, Virtual Assistant, Business Analyst, Project Manager, or Business Consultant for a tech startup or tech recruitment agency (or equivalent degree)
Excellent written and verbal communication in American English, Level C1-C2 (proficiency in Russian is a plus)
Proficiency in using ATS/CRM, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI tools
Strong interest and familiarity with AI/ML startups & tech landscape
Equipment (computer, headset) and a strong internet connection
Ability to operate during PT hours (till 3 PM San Francisco or later)
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team
Curiosity, creative and proactive approach to problem-solving
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
