A dynamic marketing firm located in Mexico is seeking an Influencer Agent to enhance brand outreach and manage creator partnerships. You will lead negotiations, manage over 40 campaigns per month, and increase deal volume for influencers. Ideal candidates should possess strong communication skills, negotiation experience, and thrive in a fast-paced environment. Formación

About the Role We're seeking an Influencer Agent to drive brand outreach, close high-impact partnerships, and support a growing roster of creators.

In this role, you'll own creator relationships, leading outreach, negotiating campaigns, reviewing agreements while actively working to increase deal volume and offer quality across all managed creators.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with creators and brand partners
  • Increase the number and value of inbound and outbound offers for all managed creators
  • Respond quickly and professionally to inbound opportunities and client inquiries
  • Keep communication clear, organized, and efficient across all stakeholder
  • Manage and execute 40+ campaigns per month with strong attention to detail and follow-through
  • Negotiate and close brand deals for 10+ influencers across multiple verticals
  • Proactively source and pitch brand partnerships via email, LinkedIn, and video calls
What We're Looking For
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate clearly and professionally in client-facing settings
  • Proven negotiation and relationship-building skills, with a focus on long‑term partnerships
  • Prior experience in influencer marketing, talent management, or brand partnerships (preferred but not required)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Self‑starter with a proactive, ownership‑driven mindset
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, startup‑like environment
