Responsibilities
  • Full recruitment cycle: sourcing, assessment, and selection of IT profiles.
  • Management of main job boards.
  • Conducting competency interviews.

Qualifications
  • Three (3) years of experience in IT recruitment.
  • In-depth knowledge of profiles requested in service companies, consulting firms, and IT integrators (Developers, QA, Data Engineers, PM, Technical Leaders, Scrum Masters, etc.).
  • PLUS: experience managing processes at an international level.
