Responsibilities
- Recruitment & Job Marketing: Drive sourcing strategies, post jobs on the right channels, and build strong candidate pipelines to hire customer support representatives at scale.
- Candidate Management: Screen applicants, coordinate interviews, and ensure a smooth, professional candidate experience.
- Onboarding Coordination: Partner with local leadership to organize onboarding sessions, orientation schedules, and new hire paperwork for large incoming classes.
- Hiring Process Management: Maintain accurate candidate records in Greenhouse (our ATS), track progress against hiring targets, and report regularly to leadership.
- Collaboration: Work closely with HR, operations, and customer support managers in Monterrey and the U.S. to ensure smooth scaling of the support team.
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in recruiting, HR, or talent acquisition, ideally in high-volume hiring environments (call centers, BPOs, customer service operations).
- Strong knowledge of local Monterrey job boards, resume banks, and recruiting channels.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously and stay organized in a fast-moving startup.
- Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish — written and spoken.
- Comfortable coordinating across teams, managing onboarding logistics, and supporting both candidates and hiring managers.
- Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse a plus).
