A leading in vitro diagnostics company in Mexico is seeking a Supply Chain & Trade Analyst to manage customs clearance, logistics coordination, and cost control. The successful candidate will have at least 5 years of experience in customs processes and hold a relevant bachelor's degree. Formación

  • Minimum 5 years of expertise on customs process.
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration or Industrial Engineer.

Responsabilidades

  • Responsibility for clearing goods from customs on time.
  • Coordinate logistics from source to destination.
  • Maintain landed cost accuracy in AOP numbers.

As we continue to grow as QuidelOrtho, we are seeking an Supply Chain & Trade Analyst (Hybrid) to join our team in Mexico, who will be responsible for customs clearance, logistics coordination, cost control, and compliance.

Responsibilities
  • Is responsible for clearing the goods from customs on time
  • Coordinate the logistic from source to destination
  • Keep the landed cost into AOP numbers.
  • International trade rules, laws and process
  • Co- responsible for internal and external audits
  • Leadership on all the custom brokers activities
  • Coordination, in conjunction with Planning, of the backorder management
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Relations, Business Administration or Industrial Engineer.
  • Minimum 5 years of expertise on customs process.
Additional preferences
  • Other supply chain activities are desired, such as: warehouse management, logistics process audit, outbound transportation.
  • Knowledge of SAP ERP system is a plus
  • Experience in the medical, chemical, pharmaceutical or food markets will be an advantage
