We are searching for the best talent for SUPPLY CHAIN MAKE DDL II to be in Ciudad Juarez.
Purpose

Under the direction of Supply Chain Systems Operations Manager, this position is responsible for Optimize the execution of critical transactions to ensure adherence to quality standards, regulatory requirements, and SOX regulations. Implement controls to identify and rectify errors through updated procedures or system modifications. Enhance the DDL process by ensuring accurate implementation of data and parameters.

Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:

  • Follows and observes all regulatory requirements (GMP’s, ISO, FDA, internal policies) applicable to area of responsibility.
  • Comply with J&J Safety/Environmental Requirement and safe working conditions and practices in the department.
  • Ability to set priorities and achieve objectives.
  • Interacts and collaborates with other functional departments to resolve constraints that may stop or delay production, including material, personnel, and process issues.
  • Identifies and coordinates cost improvement projects utilizing Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma tools.
  • Oversee the development, implementation and support for the timely and effective introduction of new products and the transfer of existing processes to the site.
  • Must be able to work under pressure achieving consistently high results through individual and team efforts.
  • Coordinates the investigation and implementation of preventive and corrective actions that result from production non-conformances, audit observations, CAPA and others.
  • Prioritize site-specific requirements and deliver tailored solutions to ensure accurate execution of system transactions.
  • Collaborate for continuous improvement and value creation to support the growth and enhance operational processes related to ERP transactions.
  • Connect with MDM, Supply Chain, and NPI functions to maintain an agile and robust DDL process.
  • Ability to read, analyzes, and interprets common scientific, technical journals, and financial reports. Ability to write reports with technical emphasis.
  • Requires proven initiative, creativity, assertiveness and leadership abilities.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, communication, presentation, listening, negotiating and Problemsolving/ decision-making skills.
  • Support Supply Chain business in productivity/efficiency improvements, routes and Master Data Management Process. Creation and manage of production routes, work centers, BOMs and Materials.
  • Demonstrates excellent verbal and written communication skills. Shows strong decision making and problem-solving skills. Demonstrates knowledge of the manufacturing process and Strong business acumen and a deep understanding of information flow through the ERP system.
  • Escalate appropriately in a timely manner where and when required, make sure that all data stewards are establishing good and trustworthy data.
  • Demonstrates organized, analytical approach to problem solving. Understanding of financial processes (standard cost development) and business planning is preferred.
  • Demonstrates knowledge of factors against which production effectiveness is measured, including elements such as inventory effectiveness (i.e. WIP), product quality (i.e. critical Quality attributes, critical process parameters, proven acceptable ranges, etc.) and other relevant metrics.
  • Demonstrates understanding of common engineering analysis tools such as statistical process control (which are applied in conjunction with continuous improvement principles).
  • Responsible for communicating business related issues or opportunities to next management level o Responsible for following all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices as applicable. o For those who supervise or manage a staff, responsible for ensuring that subordinates follow all Company guidelines related to Health, Safety and Environmental practices and that all resources needed to do so are available and in good condition, if applicable o Responsible for ensuring personal and Company compliance with all Federal, State, local and Company regulations, policies, and procedures o Performs other duties assigned as needed
Qualifications / Requirements:
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
  • A minimum of a Bachelor’s degree is required.
  • 2-4 years of overall business professional experience is required.
  • Experience in Six Sigma and/or Lean methodologies is preferred.
  • Experience in Analytical and Statistical knowledge.
  • Strong skills with proven track record in master data management, materials management or financial management.
REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES, CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSES and AFFILIATIONS
  • Bilingual (Spanish & English)
  • Green Belt Certification or Black Belt certification preferred.
  • Advance computer skills and use of software applications such as but not limited to AutoCAD, Excel (including Charts/Graphs), ERP System, LCM related Software (e.g. Adaptiv, Syniti), Minitab and Word.
  • Demonstrates familiarity with FDA, BSI, ISO and GMP requirements.
