Our Optical Communications segment has recently evolved from being a manufacturer of optical fiber and cable, hardware and equipment to being a comprehensive provider of industry-leading optical solutions across the broader communications industry. This segment is classified into two main product groupings – carrier network and enterprise network. The carrier network product group consists primarily of products and solutions for optical-based communications infrastructure for services such as video, data and voice communications. The enterprise network product group consists primarily of optical-based communication networks sold to businesses, governments and individuals for their own use.

Key Responsibilities
  • RP System Management: Maintain master data in SAP systems, including material master data, routing, work centers, and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
  • Process Optimization: Collaborate with supply chain, operations, and engineering to analyze, streamline, and enhance planning processes, including demand planning, and production scheduling.
  • Change Management: Drive organizational change by fostering adoption of new processes and best practices ensuring smooth transitions and user engagement.
  • Data Quality Enhancement: Ensure the accuracy, completeness, and consistency of planning data across SAP
  • Anticipate business needs and challenges to work to address using ERP.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders across supply chain, production, engineering, and other departments to align initiatives, set priorities, and resolve challenges.
Experiences/Education - Required

Education.

  • Industrial Engineering degree or related field
  • Lean Manufacturing training and/or certification

Work Experience

  • SAP (CP2) Expertise minimum 2 years
  • Experience on material master data, routing, work centers, and Bills of Materials at least 2 years

Additional Skills.

  • Analytical team player with excellent problem solving skill
