The Logistics Supervisor oversees and coordinates all aspects of the regional logistics. This includes managing transportation, warehousing, and final distribution to ensure the efficient movement of goods, compliance with international regulations, and optimization of costs. The role requires collaboration with cross‑functional teams to drive operational excellence and align logistics strategies with business objectives.

We’re looking for a Human Resources Supervisor who will play a key role in driving efficient HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor regulations, and strengthening employee engagement across the organization.
This role has national scope and close collaboration with the LATAM HR regional team, offering the opportunity to influence HR strategy while staying hands‑on with core processes such as payroll, recruitment, talent development, and employee relations.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Industrial Relations, or related field.
5–7 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or coordination role.
Strong knowledge of Mexican Labor Law (LFT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, ISR).
Solid experience in payroll, compensation, recruitment, and talent development.
Comfortable working with HR metrics, data analysis, and Excel (intermediate–advanced).
Experience using HRIS platforms (SuccessFactors, SAP, CONTPAQi, or similar).
You’ll be part of a regional HR team that values people, continuous improvement, and innovation while having real impact on culture, processes, and business results.
