A global leader in facilities services is seeking a Core HR Support Specialist to work with the team in Mexico. This role involves analyzing incidents and supporting users on the SuccessFactors platform. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of HR processes, be fluent in both English and Spanish, and possess strong technical skills in common office tools. The position offers a dynamic work environment where you can impact client experience positively.

The Core HR Support Specialist will work in the supporting team to analyse, understand, and provide resolution steps for reported incidents via Jira and other incoming support channels. The specialist has a solid understanding of the SuccessFactors Platform, Employee Central, Employee Central Time as well as good knowledge about the data models, workflows, reports, extensions, and authorization concepts. The specialist works together with Level 1 and directly interacts with the customer when needed, and develops a deep understanding of ISS’s ways of working and solutions within SuccessFactors.
