A global leader in total rewards management seeks a Total Rewards Manager for a temporary role in LATAM. The successful candidate will develop and govern compensation and benefits programs, ensuring compliance with local regulations. With a degree in human resources or finance and at least 8 years’ experience in multinational environments, you will act as a strategic advisor to HR leaders. Formación

  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits or Total Rewards.
  • Strong knowledge of LATAM compensation, payroll, and benefits regulations.
  • Experience with HRIS platforms is essential.
