- Interacts with customers / stakeholders in voice-of-customer requirement gathering, fine-tuning, and obtaining product feedback.

- Owns releases and sprint backlogs; coordinates short‑term roadmap for MVPs and quarterly releases.
- Manages the backlog, continuously ordering and prioritizing to keep 1‑2 sprints always ready.
- Prioritizes based on customer problems and needs validation.
- Applies strategic problem‑decomposition skills to navigate ambiguity.
- Engages frequently (~50 %) with the development team to facilitate discussions, provide clarifications, story acceptance, testing, and validation; contributes to design activities.
- Translates unstructured or ambiguous work requests into actionable user stories.
- Partners with Development Leadership / Service Owners to ensure a healthy development process.
- Expert in Agile methodology.
Education Qualification
Bachelor's Degree with advanced professional experience in DT / IT technical project / program and product management.
