A leading freelance platform is seeking an experienced Sr. Technical Recruiter to join their Managed Service Recruiting team. This role will be responsible for sourcing and recruiting top technical talent and will involve negotiating wages, creating job requisitions, and serving as the main point of contact for the client account. The ideal candidate will have over 6 years of technical recruiting experience and strong negotiation skills, with this position being remote from Latin America.

Formación

  • 6+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in an agency.
  • 2+ years in a Senior or Lead role while remaining hands-on.
  • Experience recruiting for VMS positions with limited client contact.

Company Description

Upwork's Managed Service Recruiting team is currently seeking to engage an experienced expert Sr. Technical Recruiter to provide sourcing, recruiting, and preliminary evaluation services of top technical talent for one of Upwork's enterprise clients.

This person will be a key contributor to the overall growth and success of this account, coordinating directly with the MSR Flex Program Manager.

Requirements
  • Negotiate competitive wages for each role.
  • Create job reqs in Smart Recruiters and publish to external job boards.
  • Serve as the recruiting POC for this account and participate in weekly internal meetings to provide progress on job orders and receive updates from the client.
  • Serve as the SME for all recruiting processes related to the client account.
  • Make recommendations on how to improve our recruiting process.
  • Meet recruiting metrics and client SLA's.
Qualifications
  • 6+ years of experience in technical recruiting, preferably in an agency environment recruiting for various clients.
  • 2+ years of experience in a Senior or Lead recruiting role, while still being hands on in the recruiting process.
  • Experience successfully recruiting for VMS positions with limited client contact.
  • Experience building relationships with VMS staffing partners is a plus.
  • Experience managing internal partnerships and working cross functionally to meet the goals of an organization.
  • Experience creating, improving, and implementing recruiting process documentation.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems.
  • Have strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • This role will be remote from Latin America.
