Formación

• 5+ years of experience as a Data or ML Scientist, Analyst, Engineer.

Global Analytics Sr. Data Scientist

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our Global Analytics Data Science team. This position will have exposure and access to enterprise-grade projects and tools across multiple lines of business and geographic regions, in the fields of Machine-Learning, Artificial Intelligence, Statistical Modelling and Data.

Qualifications

What we’re looking for

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, Computer Science, Software Engineering or adjacent fields.
• 5+ years of experience as a Data or ML Scientist, Analyst, Engineer. Adjacent roles such as Analytics Engineer, AI developer and AI researcher are also welcome.
• Programming experience in Python for Data Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence and Statistics.
• Experience building statistical and machine learning models.
• Experience working with AI API and models.
• Experience in the insurance or financial services industry is preferred but not a must.
• Robust foundational knowledge of the mathematics and statistics behind models.
• Experience or knowledge in the process of deploying a model into production environments.
• Experience using SQL for data extraction and manipulation.
• Experience or knowledge in data engineering tools and standards.
• Strong communication skills – Being able to translate advanced technical topics to non-technical stakeholders but also of sustaining highly technical conversations with other engineers and developers.
• A team player – This position will require collaborating with a variety of teams. Among others some regular interactions will be: MLEngineering to build our solutions, MLOps to deploy our code and models, Architecture to design our solutons, Business stakeholders to identify needs and propose solutions, data engineering to build data pipelines, other analytics and data science teams to provide and receive expertise.
• Strong business acumen.
