Sr. Analyst, Ad Measurement & Insights
As part of the Walt Disney Company’s Sales Research team, you will support TWDC’s commercial strategy by delivering data‑driven insights, market intelligence, and consumer understanding. Your analyses will strengthen sales narratives and increase the value offered to advertisers across streaming, linear TV, digital, and events.
Responsibilities
- Lead ad‑hoc research projects and deliver quantitative and qualitative analyses using syndicated tools and proprietary studies.
- Develop research‑driven insights to refine the sales narrative for streaming services, directly supporting commercial strategies.
- Provide data‑backed information to support advertising sales across streaming, linear TV, digital, events, and more.
- Lead research initiatives with external vendors, ensuring alignment with business needs and high‑quality execution.
- Interpret data and create compelling storylines in presentations that drive internal understanding and external persuasion.
- Monitor, analyze, and synthesize insights from syndicated tools (e.g., GWI, Comscore, Kantar), social listening, and primary research.
- Represent the research team in meetings with internal stakeholders and clients, helping shape measurement‑based solutions.
- Design and present studies on campaign effectiveness and brand impact, using methodologies such as Brand Lift, creative testing, and segmentation.
- Prepare strategic presentations tailored to internal teams and client needs, and develop ad‑hoc documents supporting commercial planning, pitch development, and post‑campaign analysis.
Qualifications
- 4+ years proven experience in media research, consumer insights, or marketing analytics.
- Degree in Marketing, Market Research, Social Sciences, Statistics, Data Analytics, or related fields.
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Intermediate knowledge of campaign tools such as Brand Lift studies, Attention Metrics, Marketing Mix Modeling (MMM), and creative testing.
- Familiarity with syndicated research platforms such as TGI, GWI, Comscore, Kantar, Adobe Analytics, and cross‑platform view.
- Strong ability to translate business needs into research designs and actionable insights.
- Advanced storytelling and data visualization skills with strong business relevance.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with internal teams and commercial stakeholders.
- Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple research projects simultaneously.
