A leading fintech company is seeking a Relationship Manager in Mexico to manage top tier merchants across LatAm. The successful candidate will build and maintain strong relationships, leverage analytical skills to meet client needs, and oversee client integrations with the Nuvei platform. This role requires 5+ years of experience in relationship management within the payments industry and fluency in English and Spanish.

The Relationship Manager is responsible for managing our top tier merchants in LatAm with the objective of building and maintaining strong win-win relationships. The Relationship Management role acts as a single point of contact for the customer and liaising collaboratively across a variety of internal areas. The primary objectives are to build relationships, maintain client satisfaction levels, add value for our clients, develop Nuvei’s footprint in the region and increase revenue for Nuvei through supporting our partners with our vast product suite. The role will be a mixture of home, office based and face-to-face meeting with merchants in their HQ.
