• 6-8 years hands on experience in software testing in regulated industry.
• 1+ years experience as Software Test Lead/Manager.
• Thorough understanding of software test principles, practices and metrics.

Responsabilidades

• Manage the software testing team to ensure compliance with FDA standards.
• Collaborate with Project Management to optimize schedules.
• Lead the creation of documentation to comply with regulatory requirements.

Conocimientos

Effective verbal and written communication skills

Working knowledge of software testing tools

Deep knowledge of software testing (Manual, Automation and code Inspection)

Software test group experience

Strong written, verbal, interpersonal and presentation skills

Educación

BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science or similar field
