We are looking for a Software Engineer to join our Juárez, Praderas Team; this position is on-site.

How You'll Help us Connect the World

Duties and Responsibilities

• Develop and execute software strategies to align with Operations.
• Support the global and molding operations.
• Lead software development projects to improve Operations and Quality on a product level.
• Manage applications and database server used in the production environments.
• Maintain project schedules and expedite tasks as needed to support project timelines. Publish periodic schedule status for each project and elevate delay issues to appropriate management representatives.
• Stay in alignment with current industry standard software development trends and changes.
• Incorporate lean initiatives & improvements in the manufacturing and operations function within the project framework.
• Maintain existing code base, C#, .NET, SQL, for the SAM Molding MES application.
• Add new features to SAM Molding MES application.
• Support Operations / Quality / Engineering teams in their use of SAM Molding MES application.
• Document process and features within the SAM Molding MES application.

Required Qualifications for Consideration

• Bachelor’s Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related.
• Proficient in English language (written and spoken).
• 2‑5 years experience in software development (C#).
• 2‑5 years working experience with Microsoft .NET Stack, Microsoft SQL Server.
• Strong communication and presentation skill to all levels of the organization.
• Self‑starter, results‑oriented and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Consistently strives to create, develop, and implement additional procedures, systems, programs, and processes aimed at continuous improvement, quality, and customer enhancement.
