A global leader in renewable energy is seeking a Software and Controller Engineer in Mexico City. You will provide specialized technical support for wind turbines, focusing on control systems. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Engineering and experience with control systems. This role offers the opportunity to collaborate with global teams to enhance energy production solutions.

Formación

  • Degree in Engineering, preferably in Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic.
  • Experience with control systems and performance analysis.
  • Knowledge of wind turbine software and hardware.

Overview

As a Software and Controller Engineer, you will be responsible for providing specialized technical support and conducting performance analyses on wind turbines, focusing on control systems. You will collaborate with global teams to support the interpretation, validation, and application of control software solutions - supporting their correct operation in the field.

Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support for resolving complex control system issues (excluding main components).
  • Analyze turbine performance and identify opportunities for energy production improvement.
  • Investigate critical local control software issues and collaborate with global teams for large-scale solutions.
  • Support commissioning teams with technical information and validation of new software versions.
  • Participate in global technical forums, representing the region and contributing to continuous improvements.
Qualifications
  • Degree in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic Engineering, or related fields.
  • Experience with control systems and performance analysis.
  • Technical knowledge of wind turbine software and hardware (without the need to program).
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in global teams.
  • Intermediate level of English or higher.

Location: Natal (BR) / Santiago (CL) / México City (MX)
