A leading global logistics company is seeking a Shift Manager in Colima, Mexico. In this role, you'll lead a diverse team and drive productivity while fostering a culture of safety. You'll monitor process efficiencies, support team development, and ensure high-quality standards. Candidates should possess 1+ years of experience, a High School Diploma, and a Bachelor’s in a relevant field, with fluency in Spanish. When you join Amazon as a Shift Manager you’ll gain experience leading a large and diverse team to keep pace with a global business. You’ll learn the complexity of operations and what it takes to run everything seamlessly. While you drive productivity you will work closely with colleagues to address challenges – no two days will be the same.
You will work shifts and be based at one of our operational sites. Your main focus will be to maintain safety standards within your team and across your site. You will also monitor and maintain process efficiency. Your days will always include prioritizing routine team management and daily operational tasks alongside other tasks such as individual escalations, process improvement work and wide‑scale operational contingency planning.
Amazon Logistics (AMZL) handles last‑mile delivery duties in partnership with third‑party distribution businesses. We utilize creative thinking and continuous improvement initiatives to get millions of physical products into the hands of our customers. Our goal is to make our customers’ delivery experience as smooth as possible and roll out global delivery solutions for our newest concepts such as Amazon Fresh, Prime Now and Amazon Restaurants.

• 1 year of professional work experience
• High School Diploma
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, finance, supply chain, logistics, computer science or equivalent
• Fluent in Spanish (spoken, written, read)
• Experience developing and implementing KPI goals and strategies
• Experience in logistics
