Position Summary

The Service Parts Canada Specialist is responsible for handling all Canadian customer orders, returns, credits, debits, account updates, complaints, and related issues. This includes support for Canada’s Field Engineers and internal customers. As the primary point of contact for all Service Parts matters, the Parts Agent must possess a high level of expertise in service parts and demonstrate strong time management skills.

Position Responsibilities
  • Understand and interpret customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Manage orders: follow up and place orders in system, credits, debits, returns, account updates and vendors creation.
  • Follow up on customer's complaints: damaged parts, refused deliveries, lost in transit, picking errors, over shipment, incorrect parts recommended, exchange and customer returns, delayed shipments. Helping in the investigation, gather the necessary information until resolution.
  • Mod upgrades/substitution parts in orders, cancellations, adjustments, FE inventory transfers.
  • Create RA's, shipping labels and invoice documentation to assure merchandise is returned to the appropriate area.
  • Manage and process surplus changes, FE inventories and adjustments of stocks.
  • Know and apply the necessary approvals as indicated in the approval matrix, to comply with the processes that require it.
  • Obtain and provide our customers with the necessary documentation, such as proforma invoices, commercial invoices, certifications, etc., for their export processes.
  • Maintain communication with the different areas of the company to guarantee export shipments.
Required Skills & Education
  • Bachelor's degree, technical degree or truncated.
  • English 90% fluency written and spoken.
  • 1 year related customer service experience.
  • Proactive, multitasking, attention to detail, effective communication skills.
Desired Skills
  • Logistics process experience.
  • International trade degree or similar.
  • Strong time management skills.
  • Proficiency in Outlook, SAP (ECC P50), C4C, MS Office (Excel).
