A luxury hospitality brand located in Mexico is seeking a Server Assistant to enhance food and beverage experiences for guests. The ideal candidate will be fluent in Spanish and English and possess at least one year of experience in a Food & Beverage role. Responsibilities include ensuring timely service and guest satisfaction, as well as maintaining service areas. This position offers a competitive salary, transport services, and employee training programs.

Formación

  • A minimum of one year working in a Food & Beverage position.
  • Two or more years’ experience in a luxury hotel or similar environment.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.

  • Anticipate guest needs and respond to their concerns and requests.
  • Breakdown, clean and set up tables and condiment setups.

About the role of Server Assistant

Be responsible to assist and helping to ensure the Food & Beverage experience for guests.

What you will do:
  • Assist in delivering food and beverages to guests in a timely manner while ensuring the dishes are as requested.
  • Assist in delivering food orders including any special needs or requests.
  • Breakdown, clean and set‑up tables, condiment set‑ups, etc.
  • Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
What you bring:
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required for this position.
  • A minimum of one (1) year working in a Food & Beverage position.
  • Two (2) + years’ experience working within a luxury hotel or similar environment is considered an asset.
  • Requires knowledge of the ability to operate computer equipment.
  • Knowledge in Micros system.
  • Understand and familiar with quality standards and service standards of the hotel.
  • Highest level of integrity and transparency.
  • Apply an ethical approach to the outcome of situations.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
  • Reasonable problem solving, decision making and conflict resolution skills.
  • Work in a safe, prudent, and organized manner.
