A global consulting firm is seeking a Senior Transaction Services Professional for its team in Mexico City. Formación

Forvis Mazars is hiring a Senior Transaction Services Professional – Mexico City (LatAm focus)

At Forvis Mazars Mexico, we are expanding our Transaction Services practice and seeking a motivated Senior professional to join our team in Mexico, one of the fastest-growing hubs for M&A and cross-border deals in LatAM.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct financial due diligence for buy-side and sell-side transactions.
  • Analyze financial performance and operational results of target companies.
  • Prepare Quality of Earnings (QoE) reports and identify key diligence issues and value drivers.
  • Evaluate financial trends, normalize EBITDA, and identify post-transaction risks or synergies.
  • Lead client meetings and support executive discussions.
  • Collaborate with teams in Mexico, U.S., and LatAm to deliver cross-border projects.
  • Build robust financial models for analysis and valuation.
  • Supervise and mentor junior team members.
  • Contribute to business development, proposals, and client presentations.
  • Stay current on M&A trends and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in Transaction Services, M&A advisory, or financial due diligence (consulting).
  • Advanced skills in Excel and financial modeling.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced, international environment.
  • English proficiency.
  • Experience working with U.S. or international clients is highly desirable.
