You will define the technical architecture while collaborating with stakeholders to ensure timely delivery. Key technologies include Java and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate must have advanced proficiency in English and experience in mentoring engineering teams.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing and building enterprise-grade applications.
• Define technical architecture and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Drive development using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern front-end frameworks.
• Oversee code reviews, performance optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects while maintaining quality and security standards.
• Work closely with DevOps teams for CI/CD and deployment strategies.
• Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend adoption where appropriate.
