Formación

  • 5-6 años de experiencia en reclutamiento de ciclo completo, preferiblemente en empresas de headhunting.

  • Capacidad para gestionar 8-10 vacantes mensuales cumpliendo con los estándares de calidad.

We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist with 5-6 years of expertise in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within headhunting firms or companies with a high volume of hiring. The selected candidate will manage an average of 8-10 vacancies per month, including administrative and support roles, while also providing consulting to internal clients, applying assessments, and tracking recruitment KPIs. This position requires a strategic mindset, the ability to build on established processes, and the initiative to suggest improvements to enhance results.

Perfil buscado
  • 5-6 years of solid expertise in end-to-end recruitment, ideally in both headhunting firms and in-house environments.
  • Background in manufacturing or high-volume hiring industries.
  • Proven ability to consistently manage 8-10 vacancies per month while meeting quality and time-to-fill targets.
  • Expertise at applying assessments and psychometric tests, as well as tracking and reporting recruitment KPIs.
  • Strong internal consulting skills, partnering with business leaders to understand needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • A strategic and continuous improvement mindset, capable of executing while also proposing process enhancements.
  • Advanced/conversational ENG to communicate in a global environment.
  • Key soft skills: excellent communication, organizational ability, prioritization, results orientation, and influence.
