A leading HR solutions provider seeks a Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer responsible for identifying and attracting top talent. This role manages client accounts and sources for various roles. Applicants should have at least three years of sourcing experience, be fluent in English and Spanish, and have a proven ability to build relationships. The position offers a hybrid work model, ensuring candidates enjoy a positive recruitment experience.
The Senior Talent Acquisition Sourcer is responsible for identifying and attracting top talent while building and maintaining a robust candidate pipeline aligned with client needs.
This role supports the broader recruiting team by ensuring a positive and efficient experience for prospective candidates.
Typically, the Sourcer manages one or more client accounts, sourcing for a variety of roles and specialized skill sets as defined by the client.
Acts as a mentor for junior team members providing guidance and general oversight.
Location : Mexico City
Model of work : Hybrid (3 days office work)
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS : Minimum three (3) years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
Previous experience utilizing a Candidate Relationship Management (CRM) and / or Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) is preferred.
