We are seeking an experienced Senior Oracle Billing and Revenue Management (BRM) Engineer with strong design development and implementation skills. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of BRM architecture, hands‑on expertise with opcodes, pricing modules and integration components, as well as strong programming capabilities. You will work as part of a globally distributed engineering team contributing to the enhancement and optimization of our BRM‑based solutions.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain and enhance Oracle BRM solutions.
• Create High‑Level Design and Low‑Level Design documents for BRM modules.
• Develop custom policy opcodes, Custom MTA applications and other BRM custom components to meet customer‑specific requirements.
• Work extensively with Pipeline Rating Engine and perform related configuration tasks.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to define design and deliver new features.
• Perform system evaluations, identify performance indicators and implement corrective / improvement actions.
• Research design and develop software applications to extend, improve and optimize current solutions.
• Participate actively in Sprint Planning, Sprint Retrospectives and other Agile ceremonies.
• Work collaboratively within a tight‑knit globally distributed engineering team.

Qualifications

• 5 to 8 years of design & implementation experience in Oracle Billing Revenue Management System (Oracle BRM).
• Good understanding of BRM Development environment, opcode expertise and Pricing Module knowledge.
• Experience writing custom policy opcodes and MTA Applications to meet customer‑specific requirements.
• Good hands‑on experience in the Pipeline rating engine and related configurations.
• Strong understanding of BRM modules like Customer Mgmt, Billing, Invoicing, Subscription Mgmt, Journal, AR etc.
• Good hands‑on experience in Pricing Design Center (PDC).
• Proficiency in programming using C, Java, Python and scripting using Perl and Shell scripting.
• Experience in systems evaluation such as identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance.
• Good hands‑on experience in Billing Care (good to have).
