Senior Product Manager

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager to join our team.

Overview

This role is ideal for someone who has both media / video engineering expertise and strong Agile product ownership skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap for internal pre / post-production systems.
• Translate high-level business ideas into detailed user stories engineers can execute.
• Improve product quality, workflows, and overall system usability.
• Cross-Functional Leadership: Act as the bridge between creative teams, operations, engineering, and program leadership.
• Clarify requirements, eliminate blockers, and keep development momentum strong.
• Ensure releases and sprints run on schedule, with clear expectations.
• User Experience & Workflow Optimization: Partner closely with editors, video engineers, and operations staff.
• Improve workflows for asset ingestion, metadata, editing, delivery, and QA.
• Support cloud-based media supply chain improvements.
• Delivery Management: Run Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and retros.
• Own user story quality, acceptance criteria, QA alignment, and definition of done.
• Reduce dependency bottlenecks and expedite issues before they stall development.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Product Management, Technical Product Ownership, Delivery, or related roles.
• Experience in media, entertainment, broadcast, or creative technology required.
• Experience with Agile tools (Jira, Confluence).
• Bachelor's in Business, CS, Media Tech, or related field (MBA is a plus).
