Formación

• Minimum of 4 years as a Software Engineer in web front-end development.
• Comfortable with JavaScript environment.
• Ability to navigate between Back and Frontend architectures.

• Fluent / advanced professional level English required.
• Legally entitled to work in Mexico.

We are looking for a Senior Frontend Engineer to join our MX team to bootstrap our digital services / platforms across the Powster ReactJS/NodeJS/AWS technical stack.

This is an exciting opportunity that will challenge your frontend skills, with a lot of opportunity for leadership & project ownership across our movie / music industry clients who include Universal, Disney, Twitch, Netflix, Sony Pictures and many more. Projects range from immersive AR experiences through to high-concept websites and cutting-edge interactive activations.

• You will lead feature development for our digital services / platform web builds and will be working closely with our Production teams from idea conception to delivery
• Leadership & ownership of the complete development lifecycle from development / QA to project activation
• Mentor and coach engineers across the team with line management of 1 - 2 Frontend Engineers
• You will be looking after our serverless, static sites delivery system (React + AWS)
• Represent our technical excellence in front of the Best-Known in the Movie Industry
• Look after and support your great peers from the Production / Sales teams

Requirements

You should be someone who loves working with the team and helps to bring every individual to excellence. You love challenges of all types and are keen on keeping up to date with modern coding practices.

• You have a minimum of 4 years as a Software Engineer working within web front-end development
• You are comfortable with the JavaScript environment (Node.js / React)
• You can easily navigate between Backend and Frontend architectures
• You have experience with Cloud Infrastructure (preferably AWS)
• You take pride in your communication skills
• Fluent / advanced professional level English is essential
