Job Description

Manage driver suppliers, oversee fleet expansion, driver recruitment and onboarding training, daily operations, and relationship maintenance.

Proactively source, evaluate, and onboard high-quality driver suppliers to build a scalable supply network aligned with business demand. Lead day-to-day operational workflows for driver suppliers, including credential verification, order allocation, performance tracking, and service quality assurance.

Partner with cross-functional overseas teams to execute initiatives across time zones and cultural contexts. Maintain accurate supplier databases and conduct regular data analysis to drive informed decisions on supplier allocation, performance optimization, and network strategy.
