This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Director, Sales in Latin America.

In this high-impact leadership role, you will drive revenue growth and market expansion across the Latin American region. Acting as a player-coach, you will lead a multi-disciplinary sales team, shape regional strategy, and directly engage in complex enterprise deals. You will partner with resellers, develop key accounts, and optimize sales operations while fostering talent and promoting a culture of performance and accountability. This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS and AIDC technologies, strong executive presence, and the ability to operate across diverse markets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies, capture market insights, and ensure customer success. Travel across the region may be required to support team, partner, and customer engagements.

Accountabilities
  • Provide strategic direction and leadership for the Latin American sales organization, aligning team goals with overall business objectives.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing sales team, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
  • Drive enterprise and channel sales, including complex, multi-year deals with strategic accounts.
  • Manage partner relationships, co-selling opportunities, and partner recruitment to expand regional coverage.
  • Develop and execute regional business plans, pipeline management, and forecasting to achieve revenue targets.
  • Ensure adoption of sales methodologies, CRM tools, and data-driven practices to improve sales effectiveness.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and professional services, to optimize go-to-market strategies and customer outcomes.
  • Represent the company at industry events, executive briefings, and partner forums to evangelize solutions and expand market presence.
Requirements
  • 10+ years of B2B software/SaaS sales experience, focusing on mid-market and enterprise customers.
  • 5+ years in a player-coach sales leadership role with proven team development success.
  • Fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English with strong executive communication skills.
  • Experience selling RFID, traceability, or AIDC technologies on a SaaS platform.
  • Proven track record of overachieving revenue targets through direct and channel sales.
  • Expertise in strategic and consultative selling with the ability to influence C-level stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with complementary technologies and ecosystems such as ERP, WMS, or MES.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales productivity tools, data-driven forecasting, and pipeline management.
  • Experience leading distributed or remote teams across multiple countries.
  • MBA or equivalent experience preferred.
