In this high-impact leadership role, you will drive revenue growth and market expansion across the Latin American region. Acting as a player-coach, you will lead a multi-disciplinary sales team, shape regional strategy, and directly engage in complex enterprise deals. You will partner with resellers, develop key accounts, and optimize sales operations while fostering talent and promoting a culture of performance and accountability. This role requires a deep understanding of SaaS and AIDC technologies, strong executive presence, and the ability to operate across diverse markets. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align strategies, capture market insights, and ensure customer success. Travel across the region may be required to support team, partner, and customer engagements.
