About the Position

As a Database Administrator you will work on new technologies and find ways to meet our customers' needs and make it easy for them to do business with us.

You will be a part of a team to resolve a diverse range of complex problems and regularly lead multiple, technically complex, large-scale projects.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring and uptime of all production databases and processes (sql jobs, net framework executables; diagnose and fix database and processes errors).
• Working closely with IT to support physical database administration including performance management, security, installations, upgrades, patches, backup, recovery, space management, performance tuning and capacity planning.
• Performance Monitoring and Database Tuning in SQL Server Databases.

Requirements

• Upper-intermediate English proficiency.
• 4+ years of experience managing the SQL Server databases.
• Agile Methodologies Scrum/Kanban, CI/CD, Atlassian Products (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• You must be highly organized.
• You must be adaptable to workflows.
• You must have enduring attention to detail.
• You must have self-direction and refined critical thinking.

Nice to Have

• Previous experience in AI / ML / Deep Learning.
• Familiarity with python and AWS as a cloud service.
• BCP / DRP planning and implementation.
