In this amazing role, you can make your mark by being the overall account lead (single point of contact) for numerous large named accounts in an assigned country, geographic territory, and/or industry. The Aruba Customer Success team is seeking to hire a Senior Digital Marketing professional to join the Digital Engagement team, reporting to the Head of Digital Engagement Strategy. This position will be responsible for assisting with the creation of campaign strategies and plans, identification of marketing mix, development of campaign components, and driving efforts to track and report on program metrics and analyze ROI in order to optimize campaign efforts accordingly.

How you will make your mark
  • Collaborate with various teams inclusive of product and marketing to develop campaigns that will drive customer retention and growth.
  • Think from a holistic view of digital programs; how we can create a consistent omnichannel experience for customers.
  • Collaborate with data and operations teams to create dashboards to track and report on campaign program metrics, conduct ROI analysis to tie in digital program's contribution to business initiatives such as churn, renewal, activations, adoption, onboarding.
  • Create robust reports to regularly update key stakeholders on campaign plans, program deliverables, metrics.
About you
  • 8-10 years of building integrated campaigns experience and/or marketing program management experience.
  • Excellent English writing skills.
  • Desirable: Working with webinar hosting platforms.
  • Outstanding communication skills and have successful track record of executing programs with cross‑functional virtual teams.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Flexibility and ability to work in a fast‑paced and dynamic environment.
  • HTML experience required.
  • Ability to work independently and with minimal supervision.
  • Knowledge of CAN‑SPAM and opt‑in and opt‑out practices and data privacy requirements required.
  • Ability to manage and work on multiple priorities in parallel.
  • Nice to have: fluency in Adobe Creative Suite.
