A global media and entertainment company in Mexico City is seeking an experienced Sr. Contracts Analyst to support contract drafting and negotiation for their Latin America division. The role requires fluency in both English and Spanish, along with a solid legal background. Candidates should have at least 5 years of relevant experience and excellent organizational skills. Formación

• Minimum 5 years of experience in a legal, contracts, or paralegal role.
• Ability to draft and negotiate contracts to a business standard in both Spanish and English.
• High degree of professionalism, strong work ethic, and diligent attention to detail.

Responsabilidades

• Draft and negotiate a variety of agreements related to affiliate/content distribution.
• Maintain and update contract trackers to monitor obligations and deadlines.
• Lead contract automation workflows for Mexico and Central America.

Conocimientos

Fluency in English

Fluency in Spanish

Proficiency in Microsoft Office

Strong analytical skills

Excellent communication skills

Educación

Licenciatura or higher in Law, Business Administration, or a related field
