The Content Writer / Researcher will support marketing and communications initiatives by producing well‑researched, clear, and engaging long‑form and web content.
This is a full‑time, fully remote role requiring strong written communication, research discipline, and the ability to work reliably within structured workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Produce clear, accurate, and engaging long‑form and web content
- Conduct detailed research and carefully verify facts and data
- Create compelling hooks and audience‑focused messaging when appropriate
- Edit and refine content for clarity, accuracy, tone, and structure
- Organize research into structured, readable, and usable formats
- Follow established workflows, timelines, and quality standards
- Collaborate with team members on content direction, feedback, and revisions
- Attend scheduled virtual meetings consistently and provide progress updates
- Share screens during presentations and reviews as required
- Use Google Workspace for drafting, editing, collaboration, and file management
Requirements
- 3‑4 years of experience as a Content Writer and / or Researcher
- Excellent English writing, editing, and verbal communication skills
- Strong research, fact‑checking, and data verification ability
- Experience producing long‑form and web‑based content
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and consistency
- Tech‑savvy and able to quickly learn new tools and workflows
- Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Drive, etc.)
- Reliable full‑time availability with this role as the only job
- Stable high‑speed internet and professional computer setup
- Equipment setup including 2+ computer monitors, webcam, keyboard, and mouse
- Quiet, private work environment suitable for daily virtual meetings
- Willingness to adhere to accountability and time‑tracking software (TimeDoctor)
- Professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently in a remote setting
