A global consulting firm based in Mexico seeks 4 experienced Senior Consultants to support logistics and industrialization projects for a major automotive client. Candidates should have proven senior-level experience in the automotive industry and VDA certification. Responsibilities include monitoring process stabilization, supporting production planning, and ensuring effective supplier management. The ideal candidate is bilingual in English and Spanish and has strong problem-solving abilities. This role offers a collaborative and dynamic work environment.

Responsabilidades

• Ensure process stabilization and secure production capacity across logistics systems.
• Monitor industrialization progress and identify process bottlenecks.
• Support ramp-up production planning and supplier readiness toward SOP.
• Calculate and track OEE; identify main disruptors.
• Define corrective actions, assign responsible parties, and monitor implementation deadlines.
• Present daily performance indicators and reports to customer.
• Assist suppliers in planning and executing control measures.
• Track production volume versus OEM requirements and report deviations proactively.
• Support supplier failure management processes and provide problem-solving coaching.
• Be available for on-site shifts, including night shift coverage when necessary.

Conocimientos

• Monitor industrialization progress and identify process bottlenecks.
• Support ramp‑up production planning and supplier readiness toward SOP.
• Calculate and track OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness); identify main disruptors.
• Define corrective actions, assign responsible parties, and monitor implementation deadlines.
• Present daily performance indicators and reports to customer.
• Assist suppliers in planning and executing both temporary and permanent control measures.
• Track production volume versus OEM requirements and report deviations proactively.
• Support supplier failure management processes and provide structured problem‑solving coaching.
• Be available for on‑site shifts, including night shift coverage when necessary.

Qualifications

• Proven senior‑level experience in the automotive industry.
• VDA certification required.
• Expertise in industrialization and technology transfer.
