Overview

Epicor is hiring a Senior C# Developer to join our Prophet 21 team! This is a great opportunity to be part of a collaborative, high-impact team working on cutting-edge solutions. In this role, you’ll take ownership of designing, coding, testing, and maintaining Epicor’s robust software products—playing a key role throughout the entire development lifecycle.

What You Will Be Doing

• Build and maintain essential system features, focusing on technical infrastructure and extensibility, rather than business logic.
• Create tools and capabilities that allow users to personalize the UI and integrate APIs for custom functionalities.
• Design and implement logic behind technical components, API structures, and system flexibility.
• Take an active role in designing and reviewing core platform features.
• Mentor and support other developers through formal or informal training and guidance.
• Develop and maintain tools that automate and streamline the release of hardware and software products.
• Continuously improve code quality by proposing and applying best practices and standards.
• Provide accurate time estimates and consistently deliver high-quality work on time.

What You Will Likely Bring

• 5+ years of experience with C#/.NET, with a strong track record of delivering quality solutions.
• Hands-on experience with Web APIs, including designing APIs and creating extensible features that empower users to enhance system functionality.
• A quick learner with the ability to grasp new technologies and industries.
• Strong attention to detail and proven ability to mentor peers or junior developers.
• A proactive, flexible mindset with a passion for tackling new challenges.
