A leading consulting firm is seeking an experienced Scrum Master for a hybrid position in Monterrey, Mexico. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in manufacturing environments and a solid understanding of Agile frameworks. Responsibilities include facilitating Scrum ceremonies, coaching teams on Agile practices, and collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective delivery. Formación

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a manufacturing environment.
• Solid understanding of Agile frameworks (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, etc.).
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and conflict resolution skills.
• Experience working in or knowledge of the automotive supply chain is a strong plus.

Responsabilidades

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Coach and mentor teams on Agile principles and best practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, stakeholders, and leadership to ensure clear backlog prioritization and effective delivery.
• Identify and remove impediments that slow down team progress.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and drive high team performance.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, transparency, and accountability.

Who You Are

You are an experienced Scrum Master who thrives in manufacturing environments. You bring deep knowledge of agile frameworks and have a track record of enabling teams to deliver high-quality software or system solutions. Ideally, you have experience in or around Monterrey, Mexico, and have worked within the automotive supply chain – a big plus.
