Formación

We are looking for a SPIFF Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of Incentive Compensation Management (ICM) solutions using SPIFF. The role involves conducting client discovery, gathering business requirements, designing and configuring SPIFF logic, supporting testing and deployment, and ensuring the successful implementation and optimization of compensation processes.

Requirements
  • Strong theoretical knowledge and practical experience in Incentive Compensation Management (ICM).
  • Proven hands‑on experience with SPIFF, including configuration, deployment, and client support.
  • SPIFF University Level 1 and Level 2 certifications (or equivalent expertise).
  • Familiarity with CRM and ERP ecosystems
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English (written and verbal).
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a consultative role, engaging with clients and internal teams to drive successful project outcomes
Responsibilities
  • Serve as a consultant on SPIFF projects, guiding clients through the entire implementation process.
  • Conduct discovery sessions to assess business needs, gather requirements, and align solutions with client expectations.
  • Develop and document Functional Requirements Documents (FRDs) to ensure clarity and alignment on project deliverables.
  • Design and configure SPIFF logic to ensure it meets both business objectives and technical specifications.
  • Provide client support during User Acceptance Testing (UATs), addressing any issues that arise and ensuring a smooth implementation.
  • Offer support post‑implementation, assisting clients with troubleshooting and optimization.
