As a seasoned sales professional, you will play a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and expanding our presence in the global market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and approach new distribution partners, retailers, and sales channels to drive business expansion
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing, leveraging your expertise to maximize conversion rates
  • Build and nurture long-term business relationships with key stakeholders, fostering a culture of trust and collaboration
  • Develop regional sales strategies tailored to local markets, ensuring alignment with our overall business objectives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing and product, to create targeted initiatives that drive sales growth
Compensation
  • First 8 weeks: Earn 25% monthly commission on revenue generated, providing an immediate financial incentive for success
  • After 8 weeks: Transition to a base salary plus 25% commission, offering a more stable income stream while still rewarding performance-based achievements
  • During the initial period: Enjoy a competitive 25% commission structure, with opportunities for performance-based increases as you grow with the company
Requirements
  • Proven sales experience within retail, pharma, beauty, supplements, or grocery sectors, with a strong track record of achieving sales targets
  • Established network of buyer contacts and relationships, with a proven ability to leverage these connections to drive business growth
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders at all levels
  • Self-motivated and entrepreneurial mindset, with a passion for health and lifestyle products
  • Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus, but not required
