We’re Dingus & Zazzy, a global digital marketing agency, and we’re seeking a highly motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) in Mexico to join our expanding international team. This role is ideal for professionals looking to build advanced sales skills, engage with global clients, and accelerate their career in a dynamic, results‑driven environment.

Responsibilities
  • Develop advanced sales skills and frameworks under experienced mentorship
  • Build a track record of measurable success in a growing, global company
  • Position yourself for accelerated career growth within sales, including AE or senior sales roles
  • Conduct structured outreach to prospects via phone, email, and CRM (HubSpot)
  • Qualify leads, uncover business opportunities, and maintain a strong sales pipeline
  • Schedule meetings with sales executives and coordinate next steps
  • Analyze and report on outreach performance and conversion metrics
  • Collaborate with the sales team to refine messaging, strategies, and processes
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales experience with demonstrated success in lead generation or business development
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Coachable, adaptable, and motivated to grow within a high-performance sales organization
  • Ability to work 8:30 A.M. – 5:00 P.M. ET, Monday to Friday
  • HubSpot or CRM experience
  • Interested in working in a fast-paced, remote, international environment
