About the role: At Typescouts, we connect fast-growing companies in North America with exceptional talent from Latin America. We're looking for a proactive and persuasive Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help us grow our client base.

In this role, you'll be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients—primarily U.S. and Canadian companies—who can benefit from hiring vetted, remote professionals in LATAM.

Responsibilities
  • Prospect and qualify inbound and outbound leads via LinkedIn, email, and other channels
  • Clearly articulate Typescouts' value proposition to U.S. and Canadian companies
  • Book discovery calls and hand off qualified leads to our leadership team
  • Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead information and activity logs
  • Collaborate with marketing to improve messaging and lead generation strategies
Requirements
  • 3+ year of experience in a sales, outreach, or lead generation role
  • Familiarity with recruitment, talent acquisition, or HR services
  • Experience selling to North American markets
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach (email and LinkedIn)
  • Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven
  • Plus: Previous experience working remotely or with international teams
  • Knowledge of CRM tools like HubSpot or Pipedrive
