A leading automotive supplier in San Luis Potosí seeks a candidate to provide sales performance analysis and support decision making. The role involves collaborating with Finance and Marketing teams, compiling sales data, and managing sales forecasts. The successful candidate will coordinate tasks during the sales processes and ensure accurate reporting. This position offers an opportunity to play a key role in analyzing commercial indicators and enhancing the sales network's effectiveness.

  • Analyse, check and challenge the consistency of the sales reporting.
  • Collaborate with Finance and Marketing teams for analysis.
  • Compile monthly presentations with key commercial indicators.
  • Coordinate sales network tasks during sales processes.
  • Provide accurate analysis for key performance indicators.
  • Prepare presentations for sales data and performance.
  • Compile consolidated sales forecasts for the perimeter.
  • Centralize information on vehicle production.
  • Manage sales database, monitor data input, and provide training.
Descripción del empleo
Support decision making by providing sales performance analysis
  • Analyse, check and challenge the consistency of the sales reporting of the perimeter
  • Works in close collaboration with Finance and Marketing teams to build all necessary and relevant analysis
  • supporting sales activities
Collect, analyse and compile all data necessary to the follow‑up of sales performance and update commercial key indicators
  • Compile a monthly presentation containing the analysis of the key commercial indicators for the perimeter (e.g. Order Intake, SPI, Overdue, Sales, Raw Material, Project Margin)
Support decision making during the yearly sales processes (Budget, CDP, MTP)
  • Ensure the respect of all deadlines by coordinating the sales network tasks
  • Provide accurate analysis for all key performance indicators during these processes
  • Prepare relevant presentations to analyse the data and performance of the respective perimeter
Provide the perimeter with all relevant pieces of information regarding sales forecasts
  • Compile accurate and consolidated sales of the MTP for the perimeter and provide presentations extracted from it
  • Centralize and dispatch the relevant information on vehicle production within your perimeter
  • Contribute to the market shares compilation for the perimeter
Manage the tool used by the Sales department to gather the sales related data (Sales Database)
  • Monitor the data input and update in the database
  • Provide support and training on the tool to the sales network
