We are looking for an experienced Rust/Substrate engineer to join us in developing the OriginTrail ecosystem of technologies, with a specific focus on the OriginTrail Polkadot parachain.

You will be working in an open-source environment on progressive tech stacks developed by our team.

You can expect to work on cutting-edge blockchain technology and to develop core blockchain internals in Rust.

Requirements

• Experience with Rust and its ecosystem
• At least 4 years of experience with designing and implementing scalable software solutions
• Strong experience in data structures and database systems
• Strong experience using and navigating dev tooling (Git, CI/CD tools etc)
• Strong proficiency in English language

Nice to have

• Familiarity with OriginTrail technologies
• Experience with Polkadot (Substrate framework)
• Experience with P2P networking (libp2p) or consensus algorithms
• Open source software background
• Knowledge of Solidity, WASM and EVM
• Experience with semantic web technologies
• Experience in enterprise software implementations
• Experience with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, Oracle, DigitalOcean)
